Yes, ducks do Indeed have ears, as do all birds, but they are simply holes in the head that connect to an ear drum. The holes are covered by feathers, so you never see them, but they are there.

How are they suppose to hear if they had no ears? They don't have fancy cartilage like we do, but they have ear holes on the side of their head!

Yes they have and you can't see them 'cause its a small hole in their head and my duck is sleeping in my legs, so cute =^_^=!!!
