I started the shot almost three months ago. The first month was nice without a period. Now I spot everyday. The past two days I have been getting short sharp pains in my vagina. Anyone else had this? Then I read about some women actually getting pregnant shortly after starting the shot but my gyno said the effects were almost immediate. Anyone gotten pregnant while on this?

My periods stopped almost immediately and that was great but the mood swings were horrifying. I was never happy about anything and could be set off in an instant. It seemed like nobody could do anything right. I never got pregnant while on it and after only 6 mos. I will never do depo again.

i did not get pregnant using Depo. I stopped using it five years ago and still can't get pregnant.
I had horrible mood swings on Depo. They were almost marriage ending. My husband made me promise I'll never use Depo again.
