all i know is that the movie was supposedly scary and had the grim reaper in it. also theres another one with monkeys (scary) if you can guess either one i need to know it

the grim reaper is standing in a small fenced- in circle outside if that helps and also the monkeys are light- colored and medium sized

Grim reaper? It might be Final Destination, the first one. In that one you actually see or get the impression of the Grim Reaper, the sequels aren't like that. The Reaper comes back to collect the people who cheat him out of their deaths. The one with the monkey might be Monkey Shines, its a pretty cool scary movie by George Romero about a paralyzed man who is given a monkey to assist him in his daily life, but what begins as a convenience turns into a living nightmare when the servant becomes the master in a dark and disturbing fashion. If not that, try "Twelve Monkeys", a thriller with Bruce Willis.
