Stock in a company! Why not get them started in investing so they can jump in and start managing their financial future.
Its not as scary as you or they may think. Making the first move is the biggest move!!
I have been giving stock for a number of years, as graduation gifts too and the kids love it. It make them seriously start caring and thinking about their finances.
