Try Will Smith he refuses to use bad language in his music and frowns on other artist that do. Not to mention that he's hilarious.

As far as being a non-vulgar performer, I hate to say it but Will Smith is actually one of the best.
I personally don't care one way or another about the vulgarity, sometimes they just use a cuss word because it rhymes with the previous sentence. Assuming you are not looking for soft music like Carrie Underwood or Country Music, I would have to say that Will Smith is about the most mainstream rapper that doesn't cuss. Also, if you go to Wal-Mart, they carry a lot of non-explicit versions of explicity version CDs. Meijer's also does the same thing, but you can buy both versions at Meijers. Just go to either store and look for what you want to buy, and if there is no parental advisory, you should be safe from F-bombs and GD's.

No need for the amount of swearing on albums these days - its not big or clever and shows the lack of creativity and the poor vocabulary they have.
Plenty of current artists do not feel the need for swearing. Any album you see that does not carry a warning should be OK.
Don't know what kind of music you like, but bands like Coldplay, Keane, Muse, Kasabian, etc etc all write interesting (and mostly intelligent) lyrics.

those are sum artist just to name a few who are non-vulgarous. not all the time tho, but for the most of the albums. i actually like vulgarous artists too tho. to me it's the same as watching a rated r movie. only the movie can show you so much more violence and blood. music is like movies for the blind.
