I know the feeling I am the same way it's a hormonal thing every other one I tell my friend he's a worthless piece of sh*t (sorry) and feel guilty as hell when I realize what I've done I call it temporary insanity, I'm lucky he understands, but if you are concerned about the severity check with the doctor there are cases which need medical attention. as for what can you do, well when she yells at you be as loving as possible during this time because she can't help it that way when it's all said and done with she will only remember how kind you were when she showed you her worst side...after you say I love you don't give her the chance to reply just walk away do something sweet for her maybe a bubble bath, something to help her relax

Well speaking from experience I PMS when my my period starts. It usually tapers off once it has started. I would suggest that you give her the space she needs during this time. I know I am short tempered during that time. Knowing it is half the battle doing something about it the end result. They have meds for this condition look on the internet and find help in your local area.

i'm a married man who has dealt with alot of issues concerning this subject...I told a good friend about what I was going through and what he told me was the unadulterated truth he basically told me to stop looking for things to complain about...I know you guys love one another but you also need to realize that you need time apart I'm not referring to the time you spend at work but time where their is no stress involved and also another solution that you should do first and foremost and that's have a relationship with God
