I have eyes that are a very deep blue w/ tanned skin and blonde hair, would black cream eyeliner be too much or should I go for a deep black/brown or gray instead?

Black eveliner would be great on you, it works for anyone really but a quick little tip the best eyeliner for people that are going for the sexy sulty girl look is something called BabCake by Benefit just use a Get Bent Liner Brush and apply and it looks great. Then go over it with some SheLaq alos by Benefit it works wonders. Benefit can be purchased at Macy's. Have fun!

black would look great...just don't over do it. Gray would look good, too.
I have blue eyes and I use brown in the afternoon for work and when I go out I use black.
It makes my eyes look a little different when I use black...so I like that im not always having the same look all the time :)

Black eyeliner is okay on everyone, as long as it's not overdone. It depends on you to decide what look you want to go with, dramatic or natural. If you want to go with a natural look, go for a lighter color, or just don't put too much black eyeliner. Otherwise, just load up on the black eyeliner! Remember not to go for bright or dramatic lips with dark eye makeup, though.

Gray is the best choice,it will make your eyes look great and with your blond hair it will look not so much like makeup it gives a natural look

Black eyeliner is always flattering as long as it's not too overdone. You don't want to look as if you just circled your eyes with a magic marker. I think it goes great with any complexion or eye color.

grey or silver would look great. black might look a bit false. brown will probably look more natural
