I have a girl cousin that had that problem from the time she was 6 to 13. Her mother took her to the dr. and she told her to shave her arms everyday. When she was 13 he put her on female hormones by the time she was 18 yrs the problem was gone.
It has to do with a hormone in balance in your body.
Go see a doctor if you are truly concerned about this problem...
Good Luck...

=( I'm sorry that people are giving you a hard time. You can always try shaving it like you shave your legs, but then people may ask why you have NO arm hair! It's a rough thing... I went through it as a kid - and the kids were terrible to me and then eventually they grew up - but I did shave my arms for a long time. It was annoying and time consuming. I think that the best (and I still do this sometimes) is to use a beard cutter or trimmer, trim all your arm hair to about 1/4 - 1/2 inch and then bleach it using bleach cream for face, arms, legs -- in the beauty section. Make sure not to use bleach like for your hair on your head. This will make the hair less noticeable and although you will have to continue to trim and bleach - it will not be as often and you will probably feel a bit better.
However, remember that you are awesome no matter what!
cheers
