hurt and tingle ,everytime they are touched or everytime I eat a food with alot of salt?

could be a chemical reaction to processed salt (iodine...etc)...try switching to sea salt.

I don't know about the salt..
Nipples, especially female nipples , are sensitive and erotic areas.
The little bumps on the aureole around the nipple are erectile sensors...when touched, they cause the nipple to stand erect..
This is so the baby can find the nipple & nurse easier..
As to why yours sometimes tingle & hurt , probably hormones...

No that is just normal I have heard of spicy foods doing people that way also. Nothing to worry about
