Take a bath. Get a massage. Spend one hour of every day with no phone, no computer and nothing expected of you, and in that hour just relax, pray, and think about things that make you happy. And eliminate extra stressors from your life, they will only drag you down.

Aw it will all be ok.. anxiety & depression almost ALWAYS go hand in hand. Hey when you say nobody knows what you're feeling, you're wrong. I have suffered from it for years and got on medicine for it this spring. But other ways besides meds: Take a nice, calm, relaxing walk of 30 minutes or more around your neighborhood or in a pretty park. Journal what you are feeling. Draw a pretty picture and color it with pretty colors. Do not drink too much caffiene. do not do strenious exercise because it increases tension. make sure you try to eat healthy and have a good diet. Walking a peacful walk outside is great, because you are getting fresh air and it is very relaxing. do it every day for 30 minutes or more. Play baseball with your daughter, or basketball, or catch. I hope I helped, best wishes :)

Beat Anxiety And Panic Attacks Naturally?

If you understand that there's nothing physically or mentally wrong with you, yes, it's possible and millions have done it.
You can take natural herbs like kava-kava and chamomile to help relax you, but you need to work on self-hypnosis or visualization techniques. Anxiety/panic is just a minor thought pattern that needs to be changed... similar to learning a new language. And like learning a new language, it takes time and practice.

Basically, panic/anxiety is all in your head, and that means all 100% within your control. Your own mind causes panic, and your own mind can stop it.

I have had some success with Bach Flower Essences coupled with acupuncture. You have to take the flower essences for a little while before they start to kick in. You can try either Rescue Remedy, or take a look at the bach centre website and find your own combo.

Being treated with acupuncture regularly can also alleviate a lot of anxiety symptoms and help your body rebalance.

first things first...if you are already on meds stay on them and with the help of your doctor ween yourself of them very slowly.

second...take responsability for your own health by eating healthy, getting plenty of exercise, getting outside everyday for fresh air and breath deep.

eating healthy...no sugar salt or junk food. lots of vegitables fruits and rice. if you eat fish have 1 or 2 servings of wild (if possible) salmon a week for essential fatty acids or other food that have it. you can also get supplements for essential fatty acids if you don't like the foods that have it.

some great forms of excercise for anxiety and panic are yoga and martial arts. sign yourself up long term ie. forever!!! fitness is for life!!!

getting outside and connecting to nature, even if its in the city, feels good. oxygen and vitamin D from the sun are wonderfull healers and they are free. if you wear sunscreen then wait 10min after you get outside so you don't block out the vitaman D. 10 minutes is not long enough to get burned and is long enough to get enough vitamin D.

breathing deep is key! long deep breaths starting from the belly and filling your lungs up compleatly and then compleatly letting the breath go. this may seem backwards to your natural breathing habits, but it eases anxiety and panic, practice it untill it becomes your natural breath. (it took me a year!!!)

moderation!!! if you feel like curling up on the couch and watching tv sometimes thats ok, and if you really want some occational junk food go for it. be happy and enjoy life! my thoughts are with you and i believe in you. imagine what can happen!
