Raisin in the Sun?

I did read the play. I'm doing an interview kind of thing as a project now. One of the questions is "How did Ruth and Walter meet?" I'm pretty sure this isn't discussed in the book (meaning I can make up an answer, but was it mentioned?

I studied that play several years ago, closer to five years ago actually. I don't remember if the play ever said how they met...you might want to scan the play again checking those portions where Ruth is speaking...but otherwise assume you can make it up.
