Had any one heard about the three wish demon? I heard people talking about it and never got the time to ask them what it was.

You are confusing Myth with fables and the 3 wish demon is pure fable and it deals with the tales of genies. And they are only exist in the mind's of the men that write about them.......................

I don't know about a three wish demon per se, but Genies and other magic entities that grant three wishes rarely do so the person's benefit. In most stories there's always some catch. There was a story called Monkey Paw, where this monkey paw grants wishes. The couple wish for a sum of money. They get it as an insurance payment because their son just died in accident at work.

No. Twilight Zone episodes have taught me that genies can not be depended on. there'll continually be some terrible little twist in the granted wish which will merely make you extra depressing. Oh, who am I kidding. i want a milkshake, $a hundred million, and a trip to the French element of large Britain.
