Are the public allowed to walk dogs around the Towers of London (the moat bit, not inside the walls)?

I often see people walking dogs here but not sure if its just the Yeoman Warders families or members of the public!

yes i do dayly
but you must take a pooper scooper
and keep the dog on the leash

The public are not allowed into the Moat area.

dogs are not allow to crap in the queens front garden.at any time
