The oldest human anomaly on record is that of albinism.
No one found it , it has been there since humanity , its a genetic disease.
The modern word was coined by a 17th century historian named Balthazar Telez. He coined the term "albino".
While the most common term for an individual affected by albinism is "albino", some prefer "person with albinism", because "albino" is sometimes used in a derogatory way

Organisms with albinism lack this protective pigment in their skin, and can burn easily from exposure to the sun as a result. ...

Once upon a time there was a Black boy who was frustrated with the way he was being treated. He cursed God or fate for being born Black. For this act of impiety and anger, God punished him by changing him to white, even his hairs. Ever since, once in a while there is an albino born to remind everyone that it is better to accept your fate with humility than to rail against the heavens.
There is a genetic explanation, but I don't know it. I think the above one is more colourful, don't you?
I was born one of a kind, and ever since I have struggled with being different. Perhaps there is a purpose for albinism to remind all of us.
