As you can see from the pictures (click on link below, please) they seem to be the same whitish-grey as most other navies' ships.
You didn't mean their "colors" as in their flags, did you?

YES, the Canadians have Naval Vessels... I got lucky enough to "bounce" our USN helicopter off the flight decks of the HMCS Huron in 1989 during exercises. BTW, thanks for the beer !

Canadian ships are painted in a far more blue shade of grey than US Navy ships... I don't know the exact color name.

Well, if they have any, and Im guessing that they do, I'd say the same color as most nations Naval colors. Battleship gray!

My father served in the Canadian navy in WW2. They are grey. Yes, we do have them in Canada. Most are kept in Halifax, Nova Scotia and Esquimalt, British Columbia.

I don't know but naval oranges are orange.
