your computer will have a trouble shooting guide in the printer help section if you have installed the c.d disc that came with your printer, that always helps me step by step for cleaning the printer heads and changing the ink and well..... everything.... so go there and search for installation or cue or deleting

Please let me know the model number of your printer for better assistance.

First right click on the printer icon and in printers folder click ports tab, check the port selected for this printer, if the printer uses a USB cable to communicate with computer, the port selecetd should be a USB001 or a Virtual USB printer port. If it is USB, follow these steps to clear the pending jobs with the printer.

If the issue still persists, right click on the printer icon, click properties, In advanced tab set, print directly to printer and try again.

I can see that the issue is with the USB port configuration. to check this.

In printers folder, double click on Add printe icon to open Add printer wizard, "uncheck, automatically detect" in "Use the following port window" do you see any USB port? If there is a USB port the above webpage will resolve the issue. If there is no USB port try to install the Chipset drivers of your motherboard for Windows vista OS

Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Printers & Faxes

Click on your printer icon and then select Printer and then Cancel All Documents

This should do it for you.

Hope this helps.
