does anyone have the same problem..??what can i do???

Notify Ticketmaster and let them know there seems to be a problem cause your computer goes down all the time.
Or it could there is a virus in your computer that is controlling what you are allowed to open. In that case u are in big trouble.

I haven't gone to ticketmaster but I have that problem when I go to cheaptickets to book a flight. ?I actually stopped using their site because of this problem.

i cannot speak to the specific site, but there some generic problems that are possible.
1. you have an older version of java... download the latest at
http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp
2. you have some kind of spyware on your system... at the bottom of http://Zekes.com are links to two spyware hunting programs (free)
