its so hard to guess cos it surprises every week! But I think Sawyer and Kate will have no option but to run, Jack will save Henry, much to the annoyance of Juliet. Then I reckon they'll punish Jack - why didnt he ask to use a telephone too??!!!! Also why do they never ask the others questions!!! Like where are you from and why do you want us?!! Also why did they treat them like that!!??! Surely if they met them nicely from the start and helped them then Jack would have performed the surgery!!! There must be a reason! Maybe the islands have something to do with it. Pook Ecko Im still reeling!

Well, I think Sawyer and Kate will be stuck on the second island and Jack will save Ben but be severely punished for slicing the kidney. I don't care what happens now, after those two finally admitted their feelings for each other and had a love scene, I'm happy. Sawyer's my favourite character and despite his attitude, he got the girl.

I think Kate and Sawyer will try to escape but will just give up. I also think Jack will finish the surgery and then they'll want to keep him there. Also, I think Locke, Sayid etc. will find the island and try to rescue them.
whatever happens...it's gonna be good! :)

i think sawyer and kate will try to escape but they will not get away and jack will save bens life but they wont let him off the island cuz he cut bens kidney sack
