Does it matter? He's a great driver, which is what matters on the track. Whether he's gay or not has nothing to do with it, unless you're somehow under the delusion that you "have a shot" with him in a personal relationship.
Personally, no, I don't think he is. But I wouldn't be any less of a fan of his if he were.
