u shud do sh u realli luv to do.u kan listedn to ur fav song, take a walk in the park, pray,.wat i do is i always watch a comedy movie which i absolutly like n which makes me laug soo hard i wanna pee.dun so sth that wud remind u of wats makin u sad.dun overeat cuz u may regret it n it may bcome a habit.all the best n cheer up ok

I listen to music, sing, watch comedy shows or a funny movie, do things that I really enjoy doing or if the sadness is too intense I meditate or pray.
But if I really cannot overcome my sadness and it is very intense, I take a walk in the closest park or chat with friends.
Now if my sadness is related to exhaustion,I go to bed immediately and the next morning the sun shines again!

reach out to someone. talk to someone.


Depends what you are sad about, if it is a specific thing that just happens, you may need some time to just let yourself be sad, but if it is a long term depression type thing, you should seek some professional help.

When I am feeling off, i like to be extra kind to myself. I will watch something really good on tv or get a dvd for myself. I will snuggle up with extra blankets and try and treat myself in some way.

I don't know. Sometimes I just go for a walk. Inevitably, I will pass someone who's in a wheelchair or has some disability, that makes my problems seem very small.

do something that u noe u always like doing, like perhaps buy urself flowers, go for a walk along the beach, go shopping, have ur frens over or even just call a helpline to talk to someone.

lay on my floor in my room in the dark and listen to dashboard confessional. then i realize how dramatic im acting and start laughing at myself & my whole mood changes.

it may sound weird. but it works and it doesnt take much effort.

if it is a person u are sad over...rite a note to them.....u don't have to send it...but maybe u should.....i felt better after i wrote to a person that really hurt me.

I journal. It helps me sort it all out and get a handle on what's eating at me.
