right now I have a "child" porcelain doll that stands as tall as a real child. the eye are glass and are so realistic that it's creepy. It feels like you could be doing something then glance at it & catch it looking at you!
I had it in my living room untill guests would tell me they were creeped out by the doll. I put it in my bedroom but then couldnt sleep.I had nightmares I would wakeup to find it standing at the side of my bed. now it is in a closet.

I can't believe people actually gave me thumbs down when this was a REAL queston! I had put details since so that maybe the next person would realize. But there will always be those mean people that will do it anyway just for kicks

When I was little my mom gave me a doll that was just my size that she had when she was my age. I slept with a night light at that age and so the light made it look like the doll's eyes were moving. I had to put it in the closet, but since I lived in an old house, it creeked a lot and I thought it was coming out of the closet all the time.

Yes, I was 8 y.o. when I got it as a b-day gift. I felt it was watching my every move in the room and while sleeping. I believed it came to life while asleep or out of the room. It had the eyes that closed when laying down and opened when sat up with a smirk and pink cheeks. I got really creeped out when I left it on my bed then left and came back, it was in a chair on the other side of the room and no one was home. Even when I locked it in a cabinet, I could feel it watching me facing the opposite wall. So I gave it to a friend, who moved to another province.

My aunt swears that she had a porcelin doll that was possessed...literally. Once, she said it turned it's head and told my aunt that it would kill her if she ever tried to get rid of it...I seen the damned thing, and there were cracks in it's neck as though what she said happened, did happen. and I seen the doll before, and it was normal. You'd have to see it to understand....they way it wrinkled and was cracked there could only mean she was telling the truth.

Yep I got one of those dolls from my Grandma when I was younger. It was Porcelain and scarred the hell out of me. I used to be so afraid of it I would cover it at night.

I had a doll once that I was afraid to throw away because I thought it might get mad and come back to get me.

yes, and i received it when i was five, which was really creepy. it was lifesize with eyes that flip back when the head goes down. its very creepy and the blue eyes that it had were so shiny and lifelike. plus it was taller than me. and i tried to burn it but my cousin said that if i did that it will come to life and get me, which gave me nightmares.

I didn't, but my mom's best friend had a real bear skin rug with the head and all in her study. My friend and I were TERRIFIED of it. we always thought it was going to spring up and devour us. All these years later, i can still picture its eyes and teeth.
