I am planning on buying FM 2007 for the Xbox 360. I first want to ask two questions.
1.) Do the Italian clubs like Milan, Lazio, Fiorentina and Juve start on minus points?
2.) Can you buy players for reasonable prices or do you have to out bid Chelsea and Barcelona all the time?

Don't know about the x-box version, but i've got it on the PC and
1) Yeah, the Italian teams are relegated/start on minus points.
2) You don't have to outbid anyone usually...but you got no chance buying Ronaldinho from Barca to Chelsea (unless you buy him out for 100 million or his buyout clause - it's realistic at least!)

2. look at Hulsh he went for peanuts and is a good player
