If somebody would give you just enough money to buy one thing, what would it be?

I have been blessed to realize that I always seem to manage to have enough money to meet my needs, plus a bit more to put aside for emergencies, things I want, etc.
So if I happened to get a windfall of any kind (money I wasn't expecting), I'd probably use it to do something nice for someone else.
But of the things I wish I had but can't afford... I guess I'd use the money to fix up my house a bit. It's frivolous, isn't it?
