the lower the shared graphics the better?

The fact that the computer comes with shared graphics memory means that the laptop has an integrated memory processor on the motherboard. In order for the graphics sub system it has to borrow system memory to do its work. lowering the shared memory will slow down graphics processing. If the primary purpose of the machine is to do graphics processing then you may want to look into purchasing a machine that has a graphics card with dedicated memory instead of shared memory.

this laptop has no dedicated video ram and therefore very limited for graphic design. if graphical work is important, you better go for another laptop, for example the DV6190
