no thats a good amount you should also try to so 100 or so sit-ups a day too

I've heard that the stomach muscles are the only ones that can handle lots of exercise every single day, and that other exercises should only be done every other day ... this was probably five years ago from my dance teacher, and for all I know she was just trying to get us to do our crunches every single day.

We dont know if you are doing too much.Your body will let you know when you done too much.
