Yes.
August 26th last year aged 31, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and told it had spread to 4 lymph nodes, I would need to have my breast removed, 6 months of chemo, followed by radiation.
SCARY!!!!!!!
Totally thought I was going to die, and I am one day, but as of yet, I am still here 15 months later.
I stopped working, I realised how much people cared for me and it put my priorities in the right order. It made me realise how the simple things in life are the most important, a smile from a stranger, the sound of morning birds, a walk along a sandy beach.
in the months following my diagnosis, I called my cancer a 'blessing' because it really woke me up to myself and made me see how I was going nowhere fast, doing nothing in my life.
These days, that feeling has faded some, as my life goes back to normal, but I always remember my mortality and try and have a good life.
I have moved to a smaller city now, just starting a new job, (one I enjoy, rather than one I despise), and I try to take one day at a time and see the beauty of everything around me.

Oh, yes! The biggest one was when I was in the seventh grade: I had had a rough year due to my pre-algebra teacher who genuinely hated me, and I had spent the year coming up with a very final solution to the problem. My parents found out about my evil plan and sought help for me. But I ended up realizing that this whole ordeal was God's wake-up call to me. I realized that I had strayed so far away from Christianity and morality in general that I accepted God for real a year and a half later, the time in the middle spent learning and making my decision. Because of this, my life is good now and I am a better person now than I ever was before.

Your life is suppose to change, nothing should stay the same. Life is a book. Every time something new happen in your life, that's the beginning of a new chapter, and when something end that is the end of that chapter. You should always expect new things to happen, if not your life would be like one long boring book, everything always the same. Boring. Expect and except new chapters, to your book of life.

Yes I've had a few epiphanies in my time. Usually it resulted in me seeing the solution to a problem I'd been pondering for a long time. The solution came from looking at it from a different perspective.

Yes, on very rare occasion. I happened to have one just last week while in Atlanta ~ that's what road trips do to me.
