Go and talk to his family. Bring your parents with you. Perhaps they can persuade them. If your boyfriend is over 18 he doesn't need their permission. But I understand that they do things differently in India.

Why do you want to marry some one who is not serious with you. He only wants you for some fun and does not want you in marriage. Understand that first. Don't spoil your life. Go and marry some one who can love you , even after marriage and don't fall into such traps.

if he really loves u and wants to marry u he ll definitely convince his parents over this issue....why dont u tell him the same....if ur parents have no prb over this u both can take ur parents help in convincing his parents....
there is no sense if he wants u to to love him when he cant marry u.....come out of that relation...u ll definitely take some time to overcome the pain....never go against ur parents....not all love stories have a happy ending....if u really trust him and want to take a risk by marrying him against his parents wish....take ur parents help...that may help u guys in long run....be very careful....marriage is a lifetime relation...one wrong step wud ruin ur life...all the best.,..may god bless u....think with a cool head...take care of ur parents feelings as well

Don't become more deeply involved with him as it has little chance of going anywhere. You are in a culture where there is little independent thinking and must learn to adjust to that. I realize that may be hard to accept but we have a saying 'don't beat a dead horse.' (you know the limits of your relationship)

I would break up with him. why stay in a relationship if it's going nowhere? It's not fair to you because you'll b e hurt. And it seems like he's just stringing you along because you're good for this moment. If he doesn't have the guts to stand up to his family because he loves you and wants to be with you then he's not the guy you want to be with. If he's worth it enough to you, his familys opnion does not matter to him. His family does not have say to who he wants to stay with for the rest of his life. If he's happy and believes in the relationship then he would stand up to his family.

speak to your both parents. first ascertain whether you two are financially strong and mentally fit for marriage. If you two are below 21 then is nothing but infatuation. Ascertain every thing before you and then decide.

That man is only using you for his pleasure! he wants to have a good time with you then wants you to dissappear from nis life whenever it is convinient for him. he has no respect for your feelings and if you have any self respect you will dump him immediately. trust me, there are better men out there.

He wants to love you but he doesn't because of his family....get rid of him! If you want to be in love then find someone who is free to love you because you deserve to be loved as much as you love someone.
