Those things drive me nuts. I really don't need to mow the lawn again for the winter, except for these pesky little fellas.

It won't work now because it's too cold but next spring when the temp has been above 65 for 3-4 days spray them with Chickweed, Oxalis and clover Killer by Bonide or Weed*b*Gon MAX by Ortho. You can get these at good L&G Centers. (Don't use the regular Weed*b*Gon--it's not strong enough.) These will kill the wild onions and not the lawn.

If you have the money hire a landscping company. Or maybe you could call them and ask for advice.
