Hi,

I totally know where you're coming from. I struggled with really, really bad acne about 2 years ago. Intially I tried tetra-cyclin and retin-a. However, my skin got freakishly dry and I started getting a weird rash on my face.

I quickly stopped taking them and tried Proactive. That sure was a waste of money. I finally started showering directly after the gym and found that this helped tremendously. I also tried a free product I got on the net called Beautiful Skin. Believe it or not, it worked way better than the prescription stuff! I only paid $4.95 for shipping for a month supply. I re-ordered and I use it to make sure I don't get back my zits. It also has tea tree oil which feels really good on my skin.

Here's the link if you want to get it, I think it's the best thing I've ever bought for the price $4.95

Good Luck!

There are many great products that clean the face on the outer layer, but the oil comes from the inside of the body.
A lot of yuck goes into our pores because of what we eat or drink.
Greasy foods, caffeine, foods & drinks with acid (sodas, tomatoes) can cause acne to be much worse.

try clean & clear's oil control film. it absorbs all the oil. you can use it anywhere anytime.

also, it is important not to use oil based products always go for water based products.

but be careful on using products, some may dry up your skin. and if you feel like your face is being "stretched" after using a specific facial wash, you better rethink on using it hunny. you may think that it cleaned your face and removed the oil, you'll actually get wrinkles easily.

try using mary kay deep cleanser from the basic skin care that they have, that is usually good. You also want to drink 8 glasses of water, and eat vegatables. Eliminate Sugars and Starches, this can and will definately make your skin better. You may also want to try a 100% all natural noni juice, and colon-detox cleanse.

if you put a lot of bad things in your body, it tends to come out and show through the skin.

Treatment without knowing the root of the problem is useless.

proactive of course. but it's expensive and time consuming if you don't have that bad of skin.

anything from nuetrogena is awesome. i have like 7 different face washes that i switch using so im not constantly exfoliating my face or treating it for acne. but the deep clean acne face wash is great and it will clear up acne fast.
