I was born and raised in Detroit
went to Detroit Public Schools throughout my educational years
graduated from Cody High 1974
not every neighborhood is blighted and abandoned
proudly bought my 1st house in Detroit- 1975
I now live in a burb of Detroit but still call Detroit home
I still go to ::GASP:; Downtown Detroit for concerts, plays, sporting events, restaurants

I lived in Detroit for about 3 1/2 years and my little brother was born there.

I was born and raised in detroit, michigan. Loved it! But didnt love all the killin and stuff lol.. its a nice city, just some dumb people in it.

Ive lived in Pontiac, Southgate, Lincoln Park, Taylor, Dearborn and Canton, but never actually in detroit.
All of those other cities suck too, but just not as much as detroit

born in the city, spent half my life there, just off of 8 mile,
left to go the Clem,(mt. Clemens) just after finishing 8th grade at Pulaski elementary /middle school in 90.

Nope never lived there. I from Ypsi. and then moved to Romulus.
