I am back and it was great! Judas you better get moving sweetie... It keeps us healthy .... I know this is addicting but I feel great since I went... LOL!

I never go to the gym but I have started getting a work out by walking to the store and taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
If you like the gym, I'd go back...it's good for you..or I'd find something that you like to do, like get a mountain bike and go for a good workout ride...

A have an indoor gym, right in my home, i don't need to leave the house, thank goodness. I workout Monday-Friday and i rest on weekends.

Last week, but I ride my bike on a trainer inside. No I don't have training wheels. It's not like that.

i go to gym 3 times a week and i feel extraordinary! my frend says i look very well. don\'t give up!go to gym as often you can
