I need some more help with God Of War 1.?

Question

Okay so far I got posiedon's trident and kissed his second daughter, now how do I get passed the part were those gates under water keep coming and you have to get a certain distance and then dive into one of those holes then come up again swim over and over till you get to that big hole. How do i do that?Help me out.

Make sure you "follow" a gate into the next hole... that is to say, prepare a burst of speed, then right after the gate goes over, follow it until the next hole. It will give you a nice head start if you should slow down before reaching it.
