the columbian sharks are like 3 inches and the eel is around 4 inches

These three species won't be able to be kept together.
The Columbian sharks need brackish water as they grow & will outgrow your tank within a couple of years.

Cories are softwater catfish that are small enough to be prey for tyretrack eels & shark cats.
Tiretrack eels can grow to over three feet long. Your baby will be ok with the cories until it grows to about the same body diameter as the cats but should really only be kept with fish much larger in diameter than itself.
Moonlight gouramis or mid sized barbs may work until the eel outgrows the tank. Some eels won't accept any tankmates as they grow.

Put Oscars in it. They can grow real big and they will follow your finger on the glass. They're really smart and cool. You can usually get them at Walmart for about $6 each when they're small but then they grow alot
