How to make preps at my new school to like me and where should i shop?

It really pisses me off when people who do not know the meaning of preppy pretend that they are- because abercrombie is not preppy, no matter what
That depends- do you want to be a genuine prep, or a "prep" (preppy is in style now, but it is imitation preppiness)
To be a real prep- shop at JCrew, Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Neiman Marcus, Tiffanys, Rugby, Lilly Pulitzer
To be an imitation prep- shop at Juicy, Hollister, Abercrombie, American Eagle, Aeropostale, Seven for All Mankind
To be liked- just be really nice (dont be mean until you are firmly established), and at the beginnng single out the people you want to be friends with (like the very popular people), and befriend one of them, and then they should bring you into the group. Also join lots of clubs, and be very involved. And flirt with everyone- not in a sexual way, but if you've ever noticed, all popular people flirt with other people, and that's where they get so much power, not from being mean

Once you change schools your old school title leaves. you start a new clean slate. to gain back the ghetto, preppy , gothic, or what ever title, you need to hang with the right people. You can shop where ever you want I mean it your style your choice. But if you ask me that only going to help a little. people are going to look beyond that. They are first looking to see if you are pretty then they seeing your crowd you know your style.
