They don't all have a left and a right side. Those that do are called bilaterally symmetrical. But some others, like certain jellyfish and many flowers, are radially symmetrical and still others, --amoebae, for example-- are irregular & not symmetrical at all.

Humans aren't symmetrical. On the outside, they look somewhat symmetrical, but on the inside they vary markedly side to side. Some organs are located on one side or another. Some paired organs have different shapes on each side. Blood vessels and nerves follow different paths on each side. Appearances are deceiving.

Not all of them have symmetrical body like amoeba hash not such symmetry.
even star fish had radial symmetry
