Think of having sex instead...
Sexual fantasies will distract you from those impure thoughts.

If you are embarrassed by your thoughts that should be enough to deter them, but if your thoughts are seen as impure in your own mind, maybe you have more freedom mentally than the people you hang with and you think they can read your thoughts. Find someone you can trust and I'm sure they have similar thoughts themselves.

Everyone has "impure" thoughts, there is no need to get rid of them for we are only human.

Psalm 139:23-24 encourages us to submit our hearts and thoughts to God. He can determine if there is anything harmful in us that needs to be dealt with. 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 explains what to do "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ…" Blasphemous, harmful, and deviant thoughts and inclinations are part of spiritual warfare, and we need God's help to fight them. By studying Scripture, reaffirming the truth in our minds, and Bible memorization, we can greatly diminish or even vanquish intrusive thoughts

Whenever you get a bad thought read the bible or pray. It's hard to be bad while thinking about God. You also might want to associate pain with the thoughts. Wear a rubber band on your wrist. When you get a bad thought pop yourself. Believe me those bad thought will disappear.
Good Luck, and God Bless.

Instead of pushing them aside as if they are not part of you, engulf them into who you are and forgive yourself. You'll eventually find you don't have time for them.
