It's not likely. Before the International Crime Court in Hague can try people for war crimes, an action that violates the rules of warfare as defined by the statutes of the ICC, Nuremberg Trials, Hague Conferences, Kellogg-Briand Pact, and the Geneva Convensions. These include mistreatment of prisoners or war or attack on civilians, misusing the flag of truce, torture and others.

The only crime that could potentially be subject to trial is the incarceration of prisoners on Guantanamo without a trial. But Bush is too powerful to stand trial for that. While there is dissatisfaction in the international community, it's not enough to get him tried.

Its an interesting philosophical question whether he SHOULD be or not. On one hand he did capture a tyranic dictator who will soon be summarily hanged for his crimes. On the other hand, he has killed hundreds of thousands of our own military personnel and a near equal if not greater number of Afghani and Iraqi civilians. Its a paradox to be sure.

As far as whether he WILL or not, the answer is no. More than one country would need to agree that he is guilty of such and then a country with a strong enough military would need to invade US soil and capture Bush. All of which will probably never happen.

listen,
this may come as a big shock but Bush had the nerve 2 un-sign the geneva convention, the stockholm accord and various other international treaties, prior 2 the Iraq War.
he opted out in Dec 2002, details were released in the build up 2 the Xmas holiday and sank without a trace by Jan the 1st 2003.
Now wasn't he clever?
he will never face charges and if they ever tried 2 make any charges stick, no doubt he'll do a Pinochet and tie the proceedings in knots 4 years & Years & YEARS!

I'd pay good money to see that take place, but it wont happen as Bush controls the weapons of mass destruction and you'd best believe before he'd honor or obey intenational law he'd go to war again, or in that case resist arrest

What war crimes? Mr. Bush hasn't committed any. Now Saddam and his minions ... that would be another matter.

There has yet to be a president that has either had this said about him or to actually have had it done. You can please some of the people some of the time, but you cannot please all the people all of the time.
