I personally knew I was pregnant just days after conception.. My breast became so sore just days later... That was really the only sign for the first couple of months... But there are others that do occur and they can occurr early in the pregnancy...

My symptoms started 2 weeks after. I was so sick, ughh. They can start as early as a few days though.

Actually I have read where women have breast tenderness as early as two days after conception. But everyone is different so it all depends on you!

after u skip ur period within 2 weeks and u have to make the test to make sure of it and u will feel sick at that time

well technically i guess they could start as soon as the fertilized egg implants itself... which could be a few days to a coupld weeks... but the only real time to know is when you period is irregular. good luck
