We put a K&N cold air on a 2005 Monte Carlo S/S with a factory Eaton M90 supercharge. Just want to know if you need to clear the factory setting on it to make her run better. If so how do you do that?

You don't need to do anything. The very slight airflow difference the K&N will allow is easily be measured and compensated for by the MAF. Short term fuel trim will immediately be changed (if needed) which will in turn alter the long term fuel trim after just a few drive cycles. Clearing the existing parameters on the PCM may actually make the learning process take longer.

Bottom line, leave it alone no matter what the non-knowers tell you. Just go enjoy a drive.

DId you read the directions on installing that intake. Most everyone of them would say to disconnect the battery. This allows the computer to reset, thus learn its new parameters when you had put new things on there.

clear your ECU. by pulling the relay under the hood.
