I've heard these expressions & I think the "blue movie" is a porn thing?
Im just not sure, Im curious.

A Blue movie is porn. Porn used to be printed on Blue paper and so they call all porn Blue material no matter what it is.
Red videos are those videos tagged for excessive violence. They are termed red videos because of the blood which in some filma is splattered and dripped over the screen to make the screen red.

Blue movie is often slang for porno.
Red video may be slang for a very violent film. I know that at one point, when Fox aired a bunch of "high speed car crash" shows to fill air time, that they were generically called "red asphalt" so Red Video may be a similar slang.
I also read somewhere that there is a Porn studio that issues all of their films on a red DVD as their trademark, so it might be that as well.
