I have a Motorola L2 and i am trying to connect it to my computer with a mini Usb cord but the computer won't recgnize it as a device. it keeps popping up the *new hardware thing and if i follow through it can't find anything...is there a certain driver i need to download or is there somehting i am doing wrong???

I'd recommend you look up by yahoo searching for the EXACT device you have, make, model # etc... From there you'll probably find the site that offers that equipment and can then search for software and even drivers to get it to be properly recognized by your system. Good luck!

Have you installed the software that came with your L2 on your computer? You should install that software before connecting L2 to your computer.
