Personally, I think the movie is going to be good. What they are trying to do is reinvent Bond (like they did with Batman in Batman Begins) by letting you into his world when he first became a 00 agent. Judging my the trailer, it looks like it's going to be a hell of a ride. Also, Daniel Craig is a great choice as Bond. If you need proof of his acting abilities, watch Munich.

I think it will be the best Bond flick since Goldeneye at least. At best it will make Craig the best Bond since Roger Moore. It is a reboot of the series and therefore, it is 007s first mission (based on Ian Flemming's first novel) but is set in current times. After Die Another Day, with its outlandish plotline and special effects, the series needed to be revamped. In all honesty, I am a die-hard Bond fan and can't wait. After seeing them all to this date, it is like a major event for myself, father, and people we know.
