Alexander Fleming- he discovered penicillin. Without penicilin we wouldnt have the modern antibiotics we have today.

His simple discovery has saved millions of lives the world over.

It's no one person. Different people or origanizations have different views, but I cannot beleive anyone had more influence than did "adolph Hitler " on the world.
