Yes, I have. I was in the military and shot a .45, an M-16 A1 Service rilfle, a .25, a Wincester 30/30. Yes, I am a good shot.

Yes, at two different summer camps last year I shot a .22 Calibur rifle at several targets on multiple occasions.
EDIT:
I guess I'm a pretty good shot. I think I scored one of the highest in a competetion where we had 10 shots to shoot a metal plate as many times as possible, and I got 8/10.
But then again, I'm also left-handed, and we were using right-handed guns.
