I am allowed to buy the the last 2 Disturbed albums and stuff like that, but I want to buy the rest of the albums by artists I like. Some of them have okay cds, but some of them are parental advisory. Will my dad ever find out about the artists that I download? Like, will a bill be sent to him with the names of what I bought or will he get an e-mail or something like that?

I do not have a gift account. I am using my dad's account that he set up for me for an early birthday present so I can mess with it on the weekend.

Also, what will show up if I buy an album?

on the credit card bill that you get in the mail it only says 'itunes store' and the price but you do get an email stating what you bought, that also says the billpayers name and address. its like a receipt that looks like this:

Item Number. Description. Unit Price.
Q0002 The Saints Are Coming 0,99 €

it states the name of the song but not the artist. it doesnt state whether the song contains explicit content so if you're careful you might get away with it :D

Well it might depend on how you are paying. If you have a gift card, then there will be no bill at all - they will just e-mail you (assuming you have your own Itunes account?) telling you what you bought. If you're using your dad's credit card, it will show up on his bill as "APL*Itunes," without any information about the songs themselves. If your dad has set up an Itunes gift account for you, then I am not sure if he will be able to access the information about your songs. I've never used a gift account for you. Of course, if he has access to your computer then remember that he can always look at your song list. Good luck. It might be best if you just let him know what you're buying.

Usually it automatically sends a receipt to the e-mail you signed up to telling what you got and how much it is.I have a few suggestions of what you can do: 1. delete the history of the receipt of the e-mail on your dad's account then quickly burn the songs onto a CD or 2.beg your dad to create your own account so the e-mails get sent to you and get an itunes gift card or something.
Hope that helps :)

P.S. Disturbed rox

chuffed Friday Sookie :) And an particularly ~*~ chuffed Birthday ~*~ Rckets :) the only issues i purchase with an artists call on are their CDs! Now, if it have been stay overall performance merchandise then perhaps, because it can be a souvenir of the coach. yet stuff often... why waste my funds? i in my opinion experience that distinctive artists cheapen themselves by ability of putting their names to products they probably do not even use. I appreciate a band greater for not doing it. besides, thinking approximately it, i don't think of any of my popular bands premote products! yet whilst Blackmore's nighttime ever positioned their call to a 'gypsy' kind dressing-dress, I only would desire to area with my funds!

Yes the names of the artist and songs do show on the emailed reciept.
Don't waste money on Disturbed. They're sh*t! Get some Mastodon, Unearth or Gojira.
