Don't waste your time writing to GM. Go directly to your State Department of Consumer Complaints and lodge your complaint through them. Alien, I don't waste my time with idiots. If the dealer has already denied warranty coverage then it's time to take it to the next level. As far you're concerned, well like I said, I won't waste my time.

If you have a serious warranty problem that you need them to address the best way is to take them to small claims court. Sue them for actual expenses or the limit in your state's small claims court, whichever is less. You won't need a lawyer and they will settle just to make you go away. My experience has been that if your complaint is about a dealer the manufacturers are pretty responsive but if you complaining about warranty denials or the vehicle itself you will get nowhere.

No, it's not Constitutional, and neither is the President of the United States telling a private company to do a "top down overhaul". Sorry, but that's not his decision. It's the board members. But, really, what did you expect? He told us all during the election what he was wanting to do, and with a willing democratic led House and Senate, he's getting what he wants. This country has become an entitlement society and they want immediate gratification.
