To be fair, first of all, Mr. Ramsefeld did not commit all the
crimes and torture. If he condones to such practices
and orders his subordinates to do so then I readily
agree that he should be on trial as if he himself actually
took part, like Hitler or for that matter some of the Japanese war criminals.

Was Mr ramsefield the warden? Donald Rumsfeld was not in either place when the crimes were committed, so he could not have done them.

dont you mean the secretary of defense donald rumsfeld? he should be right along side the soldiers who did the crimes because they will do the time. if he were to face charges bush would give him amesty. he didnt tell those soldiers to beat and torment those prisoners but i dont suppose he said very much after it happened do you?
