Is it possible to park your car in a way that would annoy them if so do it or have friends come round and sit in the front garden radio on say like a Sunday but tell your other neighbours why you are doing it and invite them round too
any way try to think down those lines just a little lateral thinking but do not let down tyres or damage any property that is really asking for trouble unless you know where he goes and you can do it on the quiet a sprinkling with paint remover would do the trick

Have you tried talking to his parents? Don't get annoyed but explain about the noise and the booze and how it is disturbing you. You never know they might be sympathetic. Unfortunately there is no law to parking outside someone's house as it is a public right of way. Good luck, hope you get some peace soon.

Take a few photos of him (from your own property if possible) offering drink to his under-age pals. Give the photos to the police.
This practice of giving/selling alcohol to children is illegal and at least will get him a caution, if not a conviction and fine.
Then inform the highways office of your local council of the practice and tell them he constantly parks on the pavement. Have the photos to prove your point.

There are lots of ways you could deal with it - however the legal way to do it is first of all to try asking the lad if he would mind parking elsewhere as the noise is bothering you. If (like many people) you dont feel comfortable approaching him you could speak to the police regarding the fact he keeps drink in his car and is giving it to minors - they wont look to kindly on that as far as he is concerned - and/or speak to the local council to see what they can do. If footway parking is not permitted in your street (it is allowed in some streets) the least they can do is send traffic wardens round to issue tickets on his car. Whoever you report it to - they never disclose who complained. I wish you luck - I know it can be frustrating and I have to say if it were me - something nasty would happen to his car in the middle of the night like paint thinners sprayed over his car !!!!

Put some breeze blocks there, as if you were having some work done, then put your wheelie bin there, then put nails or broken glass there, leave for a week, bit of an inconvenience for yourself, but if it works, hey!! if all that fails report for supplying beer from his boot to underage drinkers, anonymously to the police!! good luck, nothing worse than disrespectful neighbours!!!

The best way is park your car outside your house, that way he can't park there. Although he is allowed to, but I do see your point The only other way is to contact your council to see if you can get permit holders only, might cost you and I don't know if it would sort it.

If he is parking on the pavement inform the police as he is blocking a right of way, if it is the road and he is taxed and tested he is within his rights to park there, failing that speak to him or his parents and raise your concerns.

two options... call the police, I'm sure they'd love the under-aged drinking, plus he's supplying to a minor. Nick some cones froma building site and put them outside your house and say you are expecting a delivery... sometime in the next twelve months.

Speak to his parents? Phone the traffic wardens at your local council and tell them he is parking on the pavement consistently - thats an offence. Tell him yourself that him parking there is making it dangerous when you pull out of your drive as you cannot see.
If none above work -brake fluid it!

It is actually illegal to have 2 or more wheels on a public footpath or pavement so if you really want him to stop you could call the police annonomously & they can put a ticket on the car. He will never know it was you who reported him. Maybe he doesnt realise what he is doing is illegal but wont do it again if he is fined.
