If you download music or use limewire chances are you do have spyware. If your computer starts acting unusual or you start getting pop-ups or find strange icons on your desktop...these are just a few things to look for. I run ad-aware se personal and spybot search and destroy. Both of these are free and do a very good job of keeping your computer safe.

here are three programs that I use and will not conflict with your own antivirus or antispyware program. Please know that you can only use one antivirus program or you will have conflict with your system. You can use three or four antispyware without conflict. Run them and they will tell you if you have spyware or not. If you do just delete.
