I was in class just minding my own business and then I looked up and someone was staring at me but not just staring at me randomly. They were staring at me and their eyes kinda looked like puppy eyes and it made me really nervous cause thats not how people usually looks at someone. So I was just wondering what it means when someone looks at another person like that.

I agree. It could mean different things. Only you could know for sure what it means.
But I do believe eyes tell the true feelings of a person.

This person is romantically interested in you. Eyes always reveal true feelings, eyes can't lie, when a person lies to you, you can tell.

It could mean something, but don't count on it. Sometimes people just blank out and don't even think about what they're actually looking at. I think nobody here can really say anything for sure because we didn't see him for ourselves.

If their pupils were large, they like you a lot, maybe even love. If they were small, they were thinking critically. If they were in the middle .. it was a mixture of the two.
